New Industrial Unit – Pre-Handover Floor Preparation
For new industrial units, concrete floors often retain construction dust, surface laitance, curing residues, tyre marks, and light oils from site traffic. Before handover, we mechanically scrub the slab using industrial autoscrubbers, including Viper scrubbers, combined with water and purpose-selected cleaning chemicals suited to new concrete.
Scope of works typically includes:
- Full mechanical floor scrubbing

- Preparation of the slab for densifying

New Warehouse – Concrete Densifying & Dustproofing
Following scrubbing, concrete densifying is applied to harden the slab internally. This process significantly reduces dusting and improves long-term durability without forming a surface coating.
